What we collect
Your name, email, phone and country; the recipient's name, phone and delivery address; your card message; and your order history. We do not collect more than we need to deliver your order.
How we use it
The recipient's details and your card message go only to the florist that designs and delivers the order. Your email and phone are used for order confirmations, delivery updates and, if needed, to reach you about the order. We do not send marketing messages without your permission.
Payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe. Card numbers go directly to Stripe over an encrypted connection and never touch or stay on our servers. For Zelle and bank transfers we keep only the amount, the date and the reference or sender name you give us; we never ask for your bank login or card number.
Cookies
We use a few essential cookies to keep your cart, your delivery ZIP code and your language. We also use Google Analytics, Google Ads and the Meta pixel (Instagram and Facebook) to measure visits and how well our ads work, and to show our ads to people who have visited the shop. They set their own cookies and receive the pages you view and whether an order was placed, never your card, your card message or the recipient's details. You can turn off personalized ads at adssettings.google.com and in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings, and block these cookies in your browser without affecting your order.
Sharing
We never sell personal information. We share it only with the florist fulfilling your order, our payment processor, and when required by law.
Retention and your rights
We keep order records for as long as the law requires for accounting. You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your personal information by writing to our contact email.
